What comes to mind for you when you think of summertime? An exotic Mediterranean holiday or a backyard picnic with friends, perhaps? Or long weekends at the beach and late-night dining outside to enjoy the summer breeze? While all these things sound oh so wonderful, I believe that too many of us still squeeze so much into our sunshine-filled, warm weather days that we forget to stop and take the time to rejuvenate and appreciate the simple gifts that life has to offer.
