How I Healed My Suffering Chihuahua-Nini Love

Nini Love and My Power of Healing

Did you know that my Nini Chihuahua Love is going on 25 and is the longest living dog in the world? Back in August, she was very ill and could not move, see or walk as if her soul had already left me. Her doctors advised me that it was time to put her down and out of her darkness.  But something deep within me was against doing so. I decided to take matters into my own hands, especially because of my proven track record of providing remarkable healing for others. If I could help my followers, my loved ones, and my clients heal naturally through food, good thoughts and surroundings, then there was no reason why I could not do the same for precious Nini. During that time, Nini’s fragile and weak little spirit was in and out of her body trying to decide whether to stay or pass. But I knew in my heart that she was not ready to leave her beautiful life with me. It was exactly then that I knew I had to make her better and improve her health – through my natural and delicious goddess cooking. And so, Nini no longer eats dog food! She will eat what a goddess eats!

I am a natural born healer and a fixer, and I consider myself a true modern day Venus! If there is a problem in my life, I act immediately to get it resolved and bring it to light and out of darkness. I do not enjoy letting things which do not bring me joy linger. Time does not make problems disappear. Time only makes it worse. That is why when my adorable precious Nini Love was ill, I put my tu-anh Love Power in full force and I went into crisis mode while remaining calm and loving. I call this “Goddess Grace under Pressure”. When we are giving light and healing to those in ill health, it is important that we stay silently strong for them so they do not feel any anxiety, fear, or nervousness from us.
I live a clean and healthy lifestyle already. So I knew the right fresh greens and natural foods to give Nini. I fed her the same green smoothies and salads that I made for myself daily and that included my homemade Vietnamese broths. She loved it! She ate away and within days, her eyes were clear and wide open and she started breathing more powerfully and walking with a bit more ease. What a miracle!  And on top of that, she was surrounded by lots of love and affection from her fans, a tranquil atmosphere, therapeutic aromatherapy, beautiful surroundings, and soothing music. Nini has now awakened and is in love with life again and with two young titan boyfriends keeping her company, Jack the handsome ShihTzu and Romeo, the Lover Cat!

One of our favorite afternoon activity together.

I walk everywhere with Nini.

All of us have healing energy that we can tap into. It starts with baby steps…just one precious little chihuahua love at a time!
If you would like some tips on how to make your pet well naturally, bring them by the sanctuary and we can help!  Much love and hope your day was as calm and serene as mine…~tu-anh

She just loves being held and smother with affection.

She stays young because of silliness around her.

Fresh everything from the farmers market makes it more pleasurable.

Summer season is the perfect time to get healthy, and what better way to do so than with the abundance of fresh fruits, vegetables and baked goods from your local farmer’s market?  I have pulled together some of my favorite healthy recipes to share with you that are nourishing and takes no time to prepare at all. This is how I keep my body energized and skin youthful. Since I am such a visual person, the way I present my food is just as important as the ingredients I use. How about you? From Polished by tu-anh garden into client’s office.

I have always been a big believer in creating a positive, happy, and healthy work environment. This is why I incorporate honesty, appreciation, good feng shui, and healthy eating habits all into the culture of Polished by tu-anh. Just ask anyone from my team-we are not your typical work environment! We are all crazy-crazy good! I let my team have the freedom to express themselves, as long as it is healthy self-expression and that it does not offend or hurt others.

There are so many things that we do on a daily basis to keep our workplace healthy, efficient, productive, and positive.  Below are the top 5 things I make sure my team and I do regularly to keep our work atmostphere happy and productive. Now this doesn’t mean that we don’t work extremely hard, it just means that we work smart and get things done so our goals are achieved.

1. Open and honest communicationWe are all drivers and want to get things done so having open communication by getting the unsaid said prevents people from taking action based on assumptions.

2. Organization-When our workspace is organized and free of clutter, it reduces anxiety and stress and that helps in getting things done as well having a clear mind.

3. Real Plants and flowers-This makes the air feel and smell fresh and clean and they represent life!

4. Office pet-Yes, nini, my chubby chihuahua comes to work with me. She is so calm and cute that when we are working under tight deadlines and high stress, one look at her puts a smile on our faces.

5. Embrace Creativity-This is something that I think should be a must in all office environments.  Play music in the background, take short breaks to do some creative team or solo activities, singing, art, dancing, creating vision boards, etc…all healthy…read more on this in Forbes Magazine in their article about bringing positive energy to your work culture.

“Most businesses require at least some degree of employee creativity or innovation. When employees are allowed and encouraged to share their thoughts, business processes can become better streamlined, new products can emerge, and communication can improve. Workers who feel their voices are being heard are also usually happier overall.

Encouraging creativity seems like a somewhat ambiguous concept, but usually starts with communication. “Tell people you want their ideas then give them some amount of time and space to think creatively,” Psychology Today recommends. “Offering up as little as thirty minutes of work time a week for exploratory thought could send the message that creativity is valued, no matter when, where, or how ideas are conceived.”
