Summer season is the perfect time to get healthy, and what better way to do so than with the abundance of fresh fruits, vegetables and baked goods from your local farmer’s market?  I have pulled together some of my favorite healthy recipes to share with you that are nourishing and takes no time to prepare at all. This is how I keep my body energized and skin youthful. Since I am such a visual person, the way I present my food is just as important as the ingredients I use. How about you? How I Keep My Inner Goddess Healthy This Summer

I often get asked if I am ever tired and, if not, what is the secret? Well, it’s really not that complicated. I live every day with gratitude and joy. In addition to that, my body is my temple and I keep it healthy most of the time with whole foods and exercise.  My life overall is beautiful, happy, healthy, and full of creative self-expression and love.
