She Celebrated…New Moon in November

We often associate the Moon as the Divine Feminine energy within. Why not make this New Moon in Scorpio the time to celebrate the beautiful SHE energy inside of us and allow her to come out and play? Below are some words of inspiration from a favorite book in my sanctuary called SHE. This book makes a great appreciation gift to that special woman in your life that touches hearts and souls with her beauty, grace, and brilliance wherever she goes. And this SHE could be you, too!

She loves life and life loves her right back!

She listens to her heart above all other voices.

She pursues big dreams instead of small realities.

She sees every ending as a new beginning.

She welcomes unexpected delights.

She turns her can’ts into cans and her dreams into plans.

She has a way of turning obstacles into opportunities.

She makes the whole world feel like home.

She walks in when everyone walks out.

She colors her thoughts with only the brightest hues.

She imagines it, and then she makes it happen.

She is an artist and life is her canvas.

She not only sees a light at the end of the tunnel, she becomes that light for others.

Most importantly,

“She remains true to herself and knows when it’s time to let go of the things that do not serve her higher self.” ~tu-anh

White on Friday the 13th?

Dancing is part of my mindfulness routine.

Did you know that feeling sexy and confident begins with what is inside of your head? How you are on the outside depends on how you feel on the inside. So how are you feeling at the moment? Healthy, happy, and powerful or tired, sad, lonely, and lost? I really can’t go too deeply into this topic since it will take me writing a book and I am not a therapist, but there is a simple little secret that I apply often or almost daily to change the way I feel and keep my well being positive and my light bright, especially on Friday, the 13th. That little secret is white therapy.

I have shared my thoughts about white in several of my previous posts and how it helps my life and continues to do so. In my own opinion, white stands for purity, innocence, cleanliness, divine light, sensuality, newborn baby, angelic presence, and freedom. Do you feel like there is a lot of darkness surrounding you or in you? If so, how about start applying white into your life daily? Everything begins with baby steps and once you do, ask me for other tips of how you can apply the spiritual cleansing energy of white to make your life happier and simpler. Below are some recent photos taken by one of my long time friend and photographer, Charles Martin of my Spiritual Fashion Collection that I am launching this Fall at the Love Light Festival. They are not available until September 20th, but you can always message me to get on the waiting list.

Have a beautiful weekend. Remember, self love above all others if you want to help make the world a better place. 🙂

My designs give you the freedom to move and the chi to flow.

I can stretch as high as I like without feeling constricted.

I sleep and wake up in white so that I have sweet dreams.

Unblock Your Throat Chakra with Blue!

I love plants and flowers! This is my favorite season for gardening!

In the world of Buddhism, the color blue is the color of purity, tranquility, and of healing the soul. In the history of the United States of America, blue stands for perseverance, vigilance, and justice.  And in my world of love and light, blue represents heaven, truth, honor, freedom, intelligence, kindness, trust, loyalty, and the Mediterranean Sea!

Let’s honor and send gratitude prayers to those who died while serving our country.

On the spiritual level, blue is the color of the Throat Chakra, our communication center. When you can communicate your truth freely and clearly with ease, you will become your most authentic self, the self that you were meant to be. How often do you take the time to listen to your higher self and speak honestly and openly without fear? Do you often express what needs to be expressed and say what needs to be said? If your answers are no, then it means that your Throat Chakra may need some healing and balancing. That is simple and easy to do! Why not start with baby steps by wearing blue? It is my favorite color other than pink.

I love to recharge by the water in silence and under the clear blue sky.

Happy Memorial Weekend! I hope you are enjoying the start of Summer. The photos are compliments of Charles Martin Photography in my favorite blue dresses from our goddess collection at the sanctuary. I hope it inspires you to add more blue in your wardrobe if you are not already doing so. Until next time!

Animals, of course are one of the best form of therapy!
