White on Friday the 13th?

Dancing is part of my mindfulness routine.

Did you know that feeling sexy and confident begins with what is inside of your head? How you are on the outside depends on how you feel on the inside. So how are you feeling at the moment? Healthy, happy, and powerful or tired, sad, lonely, and lost? I really can’t go too deeply into this topic since it will take me writing a book and I am not a therapist, but there is a simple little secret that I apply often or almost daily to change the way I feel and keep my well being positive and my light bright, especially on Friday, the 13th. That little secret is white therapy.

I have shared my thoughts about white in several of my previous posts and how it helps my life and continues to do so. In my own opinion, white stands for purity, innocence, cleanliness, divine light, sensuality, newborn baby, angelic presence, and freedom. Do you feel like there is a lot of darkness surrounding you or in you? If so, how about start applying white into your life daily? Everything begins with baby steps and once you do, ask me for other tips of how you can apply the spiritual cleansing energy of white to make your life happier and simpler. Below are some recent photos taken by one of my long time friend and photographer, Charles Martin of my Spiritual Fashion Collection that I am launching this Fall at the Love Light Festival. They are not available until September 20th, but you can always message me to get on the waiting list.

Have a beautiful weekend. Remember, self love above all others if you want to help make the world a better place. ūüôā

My designs give you the freedom to move and the chi to flow.

I can stretch as high as I like without feeling constricted.

I sleep and wake up in white so that I have sweet dreams.

How I Keep My Inner Goddess Healthy This Summer

IMG_8378

Fruits and veggies from West End Farmers Market every Sunday start the week off right.

I often get asked if I am ever tired and, if not, what is the secret? Well, it’s really not that complicated. I live every day with gratitude and joy. In addition to that,¬†my body is my temple and I keep it healthy most of the time with whole foods and exercise. ¬†My life overall is beautiful, happy, healthy, and full of creative self-expression and love.

The majority of the time, I do¬†not allow anyone to¬†bog me down with unnecessary emotional drama and, on top of that, I rarely put anything unhealthy in my body that could potentially damage or destroy it. I remind myself daily not to take life for granted and to appreciate all the blessings that surround me. So keeping my inner goddess healthy is not just about regular exercise nor is it only about getting enough sleep and drinking lots of water¬†‚Äď it also includes keeping a positive mindset and staying confident in my¬†self-image and¬†much more. Below are some photos of how I live each day¬†to¬†the fullest. If you are not living life in this way already, I hope¬†this post will inspire you. Until next time…xoxo…tu-anh
